Illawarra Family Day Care Waitlist Form

The first step to enrolling your child with IFDC, begins by completing our waitlist form below. Please note: Waitlist submissions will only be current for 12 months. After this period a new waitlist submission will need to be submitted if you wish to remain on the waitlist.

We encourage all families on the waitlist to make contact with the office after 6 months on the waitlist and also kindly ask that if you no longer need care that you let the admistration team know so that you can be removed from our waitlist.

Families are asked information about the location and hours of care, in addition to some additional information about their child. Once a vacancy becomes available the administration team will be in touch to complete the enrolment process.

Please Note: a $40 Enrolment fee will be charged for all children under school age.  (Enrolment includes 1 child's tshirt & 1 hat) An enrolment fee of $20 will be charged for all school-aged children (This does not include the clothing pack)

IFDC fees for 0-5years ranges from $8.90 - $14.00

IFDC fees for school age children range from $8.90 - $21.00
